Roadmap

Communication Center

• The sending report, currently volatile, will become permanent to maintain a complete archive of communications.
• Allow administrators to verify whether their messages were received and opened by recipients, in order to improve follow-up and member service.
• Add parameters to choose how many days in advance and the exact time at which scheduled sendings should be made.

Registration Administration

• Introduce restrictions on packages by requiring a player to have participated in a prerequisite package before registering for a subsequent one. This condition will be cumulative to existing label-based restrictions.
• Allow club managers to process each package individually within the same registration request (acceptance, decline, refund, etc.).
• Finalize full support for taxable fees in registrations.
• Add a duplication command for registration periods to simplify their creation.
• Add a history of status changes in registration requests.

Administration of individual leagues

• Improve ladder leagues by automatically removing penalties that are no longer applicable when past match results are entered.
• Allow managing distribution templates for rotation divisions to customize match generation.
• Add the ability to promote a substitute player to regular player status (and vice versa) within divisions.

Tournament Administration

• Add the ability to define teams in doubles categories to enable automatic generation of doubles brackets.

Member Administration

• Add an option allowing clubs to delete manually created players who have not yet taken possession of their account.
• Add the "emergency contact" and "phone number" fields to member profiles to allow clubs to collect this essential information.

Club Administration

• Add a distribution list for club managers in the communication center.

Booking Administration

• Add a time slot manager who will not appear among participants but will be able to modify reservations. This manager will be displayed in the schedule grid so that players can identify them.
• Improve the display of schedule grids by adding filters in the schedule view and new display options in the calendar view.
• Improve the upcoming reservations page for players by adding quick commands to modify or cancel a reservation directly from this page.
• Finalize reservation notifications by sending email reminders to players before their reservation begins.
• Allow administrators to manually manage waiting lists.
• Finalize recurring reservation plans so that they comply with reservation limits and usage counters for limited-use membership cards.
• Allow clubs to define reservation limits on a weekly basis to restrict the number of reservations a player can make per week.
• Allow defining start and end dates for time slot specifications to adapt court availability according to seasons.
• Allow defining different time slot durations depending on the time of day to better meet the needs of clubs.
• Include the identity of the person who cancelled a reservation in the cancellation notification.
• Add a payment deadline for pending reservations, after which they will be automatically cancelled.
• Allow defining a minimum number of participants required to confirm the creation of a reservation.

Club Microsite

• Add a chat feature allowing players to exchange within discussion groups defined by the club.
• Add a store module allowing clubs to sell products such as clothing and equipment, entirely managed by the club.

Others

• Add a questions and answers module to support users and build a knowledge base. Clubs will be able to act as moderators, making publicly available the support answers currently provided individually.
• Continue improving support for privacy law compliance. Although the main obligations are already in place, new measures will be added to strengthen the protection of personal data.
