Roadmap

Communication Center

• The sending report is currently volatile, we will make it permanent to keep an archive.
• We will be adding a new field to allow club managers to add CCs (carbon copies) to emails. CC recipients will not be subject to label filters.

Registration Administration

• Allowing non-resident prior members to register for a resident-only registration period.
• Allow restrictions on package choices by requiring players to have participated in a prior package before being able to register for a subsequent package. This new restriction will be cumulative to the one already in place with labels.
• Allow club managers to accept, decline, refund, etc., each package individually in a single registration request.

Administration of individual leagues

• We will improve ladder leagues by ensuring that penalties already applied are removed if they are no longer necessary due to past match results being entered.

Member Administration

• It will be possible to manage player labels from the labels. You will be able to clean up your labels, make them public or leave them private, determine if they automatically create a chat group in the club's chat and choose a color to use in lists.
• We will add the possibility for clubs to change their players' email addresses and delete manually created players who have not yet taken possession of their account.

Reservation Administration

• We are going to add time slot managers. These managers will not be part of the list of participants and will be able to make changes to it. These managers will also be displayed in the court timetables to allow players to identify them.
• Make the court statistics pivot report supports the accumulation reservations.

Club Microsite

• A new chat feature is in the plans for clubs on their microsite. It will allow players to be in contact with each other according to chat groups predetermined by the club.
• A new module will allow clubs to manage a store to sell products to their members. Whether it is clothing or equipment, each club will be able to have its own store and it will be entirely managed by them.

Others

• We will add a new general questions and answers module to help users and build a knowledge base. Clubs could be moderators of this forum. This will make answers we already give to those asking questions available to everyone.
